- What is your return policy?
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL when it comes to most product. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. - What will my shipping cost be?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout. BEWARE: Large and/or heavy items like expensive love dolls and large rubber products may cost significantly more to ship than what we prebill you. We WILL BILL YOU LATER for shipping charges that turn out to be higher. If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped the next day from another warehouse. You will be billed for those additional shipments. If you dont' want us to ship backordered items, let us know.

Only Iowa residents must include all applicable state sales taxes. The appropriate amount will be applied to Iowa orders automatically.

Safe to ship to home or work. Our store name does not appear anywhere on the package for discreetness, no one will be able to tell what's in the package. Your order will arrive in either a plain white envelope or a priority mailbox.
